Cellular Phone Service

Well, after going between all the plans from different services,
I went with a T Mobile cellular phone. I was a AT&T customer,
and fairly happy with my service. They just couldn't offer the same
phones and services as Sprint and T Mobile, so when it came down
to it, I had to pick between them. I took a leap of faith and went
with TMobile. Sprint's plan that is comparable but it is 10 dollars
more a month, and two hundred less anytime minutes, but you get
unlimited PCS Vision (I only get 10 meg of T-Zones) and unlimited
nights and weekends (the times I use my phone the least). So when
my phone arrived I started driving around to see how the signal
was. To my shock it had better signal than my AT&T did. In my
fairly small town (60,000 people) AT&T and Sprint share 4 signal
drop out areas. If you are in those areas, your signal is gone.
But with T Mobile, there is only one drop out area. And whats
more, it works great inside buildings. I also got to deal with customer
service a bit adding this and that to my account, and everyone I
spoke to were friendly and seemed happy, transferred me to the right
place the first time, and got me taken care of quickly but yet somehow
making me feel well pampered.

I love T-Mobile! I asked most of my friends about T-Mobile cellular
phones and most of them liked them, so I got in on it. Although
I had heard some negative reviews from other forums on the internet,
I think that the coverage and quality is great! I had AT&T,
and it was eh... so so..., but T-Mobile has been very nice and helpful.
I had a little problem with their customer service, because they
talked to me for a while, then put me on hold, saying that they
would call someone for more info, but I ended up waiting about 15
minutes. But the lady who picked up said sorry and ended up giving
me some stuff for free, along with T-zones Internet for one month.
So... all in all... I think that T-Mobile is good for someone who
is on a budget and wants good service.

Bottom line: T Mobile is working hard to improve
cell phone coverage, customer service and support across the country
and they are aggressive when pricing their cellular phones and phone
plans.
